Mind does affect matter. We can mentally affect the pH of a vial of water that is several feet away or even thousands of miles away, by a full point up or down, simply by willing it. This is shown by the (rigorously proven) research of William F. Tiller at tillerfoundation.com. The change in pH only shows up when electronically measured, and takes place over a couple of days, so no instant gratification here. Also these experiments were done with experienced meditators, so Joe six-packs need not apply!

Elsewhere, Nina Kulagina in the Soviet Union in the '70s moved small objects mentally, though that research has not been replicated. Likewise, in the '70s, I constructed a double-paper cone shape I found in a book on Psychotronic Generators (is that '70s or what!!!). I hung this 3 feet above the stove in the kitchen but never managed to move it an inch until one day when I stormed in while upset: it moved as if I had hit it with my hand. That result also has never been replicated.

I would like to keep posts to this community as rigorously scientific/high quality as possible. I know that is asking a lot in this area, but first-person observations, references to research conducted at PEAR (princeton.edu/~pear) or the Global Consciousness Project (noosphere.princeton.edu), or comments on the physics aspect of this (supporting OR dissing!) all meet the above standards/criteria. Anything mentioned on Opra probably does not.
